Why we made it

sad miles run club. is our first run club. It’s a social 5K along the Porthcawl coast, starting and finishing at Grow & Grind. There are no paces and no PBs, just a run and a chat afterwards.

The wave is for the coast we run beside and the people we run it with. Wear it on club runs, at parkrun or anywhere you’d like someone to know there’s a run waiting for them in Porthcawl.

All profits from this shirt go straight back into the club.
