Orders & Shipping

🟣 When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Each piece is made to order to reduce waste and support sustainability.

🟣 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location, see our delivery policy here.

🟣 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam or contact us.


Returns & Exchanges

🟣 What’s your return policy?
If you're not happy with your gear, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

🟣 Can I exchange for a different size?
We currently don’t offer exchanges, instead, return your item and re-order the correct size.


Product & Sizing

🟣 How do I find my size?
Each product has a size guide on its page. We use unisex sizing for most garments. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

🟣 Is your clothing sustainable?
Yes most items are printed on demand to avoid overproduction, and we prioritize ethically sourced materials where possible.

🟣 Do you donate to charity?
Yes, £1 from every order goes directly to mental health organizations. We believe in giving back with every mile.

🟣 Who is your clothing for?
Everyone. Whether you’re running a marathon or just getting out of bed, sad miles club. is for anyone moving through it.

🟣 Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each item is made to order, we can’t guarantee changes after purchase but contact us ASAP and we’ll try to help.
