Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All of our products are made to order.
- UK orders: usually 7–12 business days
- US orders: usually 7–12 business days
- International orders: usually 10–20 business days, depending on location
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship almost everywhere 🌍 but due to current EU tax laws, we can’t ship to EU countries just yet. We do ship across the UK, US, and most international destinations outside of the EU.
Why does it take a little longer to get my order?
We run on a made-to-order model, meaning every piece is created just for you. This helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction 🌱, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your order 💙. If for any reason you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.
Here’s how it works:
- Contact us at support@sadmilesclub.com to arrange your return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
Because everything is print-on-demand, we can’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, you can use your refund to place a fresh order.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in production.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I know my size?
Check our Size Guide linked on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
How should I wash my sad miles gear?
To keep your kit looking fresh:
- Wash inside out, cold, with similar colours
- Do not tumble dry
- Avoid ironing directly over prints
