At sad miles club., all our products are made to order. This helps us reduce waste, keep our environmental impact low, and make sure every piece is created just for you.
Processing & Fulfilment Time
- Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days.
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping after fulfilment:
- United Kingdom: 3-4 working days
- United States: 5-10 working days
- Rest of World (excluding EU): 5–20 working days (location dependent)
Where We Ship
We currently ship worldwide except to the EU due to current regulations.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers outside the UK may be responsible for import duties, VAT, and taxes charged by their country’s customs office.
- Sad Miles Club is not responsible for these additional fees.
