Shipping Policy

At sad miles club., we now prepare and dispatch orders directly from our own stock. This allows us to get most orders packed and sent much faster.

Processing and Fulfilment

We aim to fulfil and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days.

On the rare occasion an item is not available, we will contact you to explain the delay and let you know what we are doing to get your order ready as quickly as possible.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include UK bank holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom: Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch when sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

International delivery times will vary depending on the destination, local postal service and customs processing.

Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and to most countries worldwide.

We are not currently able to ship to countries within the European Union. We are working on putting the correct arrangements in place and hope to offer EU delivery in the future.

Available delivery destinations and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or handling fees when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the price of your order or delivery unless clearly stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.

Delays caused by customs are outside the control of sad miles club.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.

If the tracking information has not updated or you still need help, contact support@sadmilesclub.com and include your order number.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, bank holidays or periods of high demand.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
