When will I receive my order?

All sad miles club. products are made to order to reduce waste and support sustainable activewear practices. Fulfilment usually takes 3–7 business days, after which your order is shipped. Delivery times vary by region:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where do orders ship from?

We partner with a trusted on-demand fulfilment company that operates facilities worldwide. This allows us to deliver your activewear quickly, no matter where you are.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please check with your local customs authority for specific guidance before ordering.

My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?

If your package seems delayed, please try the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm your delivery address is correct.
  2. Contact your local post office in case your package is being held.
  3. Check with neighbours to see if the courier left it nearby.

If everything seems correct and your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@sadmilesclub.com with your order number. If the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect, we can send a replacement order, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
