LEARN MORE ABOUT MINDWe will continue sharing updated figures on this page as the contribution from our community grows. We may also support other mental health organisations where their work connects closely with our values and campaigns.
Throughout May, we challenged people to complete 125 kilometres in whatever way worked for them. They could run, walk or combine the two. The distance could be completed alone, with friends or alongside the wider sad miles club. community.
It was never about being the fastest. It was about showing up, starting conversations and proving what can happen when people move towards the same purpose.
Every kilometre represented somebody choosing to show up for themselves, for somebody else and for a cause that matters.
BEYOND THE MILES
Not every part of our impact can be measured in pounds raised or kilometres completed. Sometimes it is a message of encouragement, an honest conversation or knowing that somebody else understands why simply showing up matters.
01 — A place to connect
Our WhatsApp community brings 85 people together to share encouragement, talk openly, celebrate progress and support each other through the difficult miles.
02 — A reason to show up
sad miles Mondays gives people a shared reason to move for their mental health. There is no required pace or distance. Taking part is what matters.
03 — Every mile recognised
Through community stories, Start Line Shoutouts and shared achievements, we celebrate the first miles, the difficult miles and everything in between.
People join for the miles. They stay because of the people.
This is not professional mental health support. It is a community built around kindness, honest conversation and the belief that no one should get left behind.
OUR COMMITMENT
Our impact is not a finished total. It is an ongoing commitment to give through every order, create campaigns with purpose and be honest about what our community achieves together.
01
We will continue setting aside £1 from every order to support mental health charities and organisations whose work reflects our values.
02
We will create challenges, campaigns and community moments that encourage movement, connection and more open conversations about mental health.
03
We will keep this page updated with clear figures, the organisations supported and the difference our campaigns make without exaggerating our contribution.
SUPPORT BEYOND ORDERS
Alongside our donations to Mind and fundraising for Heads Above The Waves, sad miles club. has supported HeadsUpGuys by taking part in Step Up For Him, a campaign using movement to raise awareness and support men's mental health.
LEARN ABOUT HEADSUPGUYSThe organisations and campaigns we support may develop over time. We will continue updating this page so our community can clearly see where its support is going.
