Returns Policy – Sad Miles Club
At sad miles club., we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Returns
- You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, please email us at support@sadmilesclub.com with your order number and details.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags if applicable).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Because all of our products are print-on-demand, we’re unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size, style, or colour, simply use your refund to place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@sadmilesclub.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After this window, your order enters production and can’t be cancelled.
Why we don’t offer exchanges
Every item is made-to-order, this reduces waste and helps us stay true to our mission of running for good causes 🌱. While we can’t swap sizes or colours, we’ll always make sure you’re looked after with a quick refund.
