Collection: sad miles run club

Our first run club, starting and finishing at Grow & Grind in Porthcawl.

It’s a social 5K along the coast. There are no paces, no PBs and no one gets left behind. Run it, walk some of it, then stay for a chat and a check-in afterwards.

The club shirt comes in men’s/unisex and women’s fits, in lightweight, sweat-wicking recycled polyester with the Porthcawl wave on the back. All profits go straight back into the club.
